Man manages the Transitional Justice and Media Projects being implemented in Alert Nepal.
He has extensive knowledge and experience on project cycle management, access to justice issues, transitional justice, conflict sensitivity, peacebuilding and gender. He is an experienced trainer of programme design and planning, monitoring and evaluation, community mediation, conflict transformation and peacebuilding, and conflict sensitivity- Do No Harm approach. He has extensive working experience with the Nepalese judiciary, government officials, civil society organisations and the communities. Man has excellent experience in conducting research and writing reports and he has co-authored number of justice and security sector reform and peacebuilding publications.
He has over 21-years experience working in project implementation and management with a different range of organisations including DANIDA, United Mission to Nepal, UNDP and International Alert.
Man holds a Master’s degree in Sociology majoring in Gender Studies, and Project Analysis and Management from Tribhuvan University, Nepal.
