In Ukraine we build the capacity of different social and professional groups to actively contribute towards sustainable peace.
Together with our national partners, we support internally displaced people, ex-military personnel and families affected by the conflict. This includes working with psychologists to overcome war trauma and support healing at an individual and societal level, strengthening the social fabric. We also foster constructive engagement of all citizens in social and political processes, and provide neutral platforms for all sides in the conflict to be heard by decision-makers – more widely within society and internationally.
Our work is important because transforming the conflict will only be possible through the efforts of all members of society.
We started working in Ukraine in 2015.
