Thomas Reeve

Climate, Conflict and Fragility Advisor at Oxfam

Thomas is an experienced programme and funding manager of complex development cooperation and humanitarian aid programmes who has worked at Oxfam since 2014.

A university educated sociologist, Thomas has specialised thematically in peace and conflict, for example concerning its relationship with durable solutions for internally displaced people, or more recently its interlinkage with climate change and fragility. Throughout his career he has been looking to advance the triple nexus approach of development, humanitarian work, and peace building.
