Stuart Moir

Stuart led on project design, monitoring and evaluation, and analysis across Alert’s programming in Ukraine, the South Caucasus and Central Asia.
He has been involved with a variety of development, human rights and peacebuilding work since 2010 for a range of non-governmental organisations, consultancies and international institutions, with a particular focus on the prevention of violence against women and girls in the post-Soviet space.
He holds a BA in Russian and German from University College London and a MSc in Development Management from the Open University.
