Stuart Moir
Peace and Conflict Adviser, Eurasia
Stuart leads on project design, monitoring and evaluation, and analysis across Alert’s programming in Ukraine, the South Caucasus and Central Asia.
He has been involved with a variety of development, human rights and peacebuilding work since 2010 for a range of non-governmental organisations, consultancies and international institutions, with a particular focus on the prevention of violence against women and girls in the post-Soviet space.
He holds a BA in Russian and German from University College London and a MSc in Development Management from the Open University.
