Liz Dobson

Former Director of Resource Development

Liz worked with International Alert as the Director of Resource Development between October 2019 and June 2024. She led the organisation’s fundraising activities across all key income streams, including grants, contracts, and major giving.

She has over 15 years’ experience in the non-profit sector, specialising in business development and project design, with a focus on economic development and natural resource management in fragile and conflict-affected states.

Prior to joining Alert, Liz worked at Farm Africa, where she was Head of Business Development.
