Judy T. Gulane

Judy T. Gulane is a consultant providing editorial, data quality management, and conflict analysis expertise to International Alert Philippines. She was the Conflict Alert team leader from 2017 to 2018 and International Alert Philippines’s communication specialist from 2015 to 2016. Her research on informal land markets in Maguindanao and their links to conflict comprises a chapter in the International Alert Philippines book Out of the Shadows: Violent Conflict and the Real Economy of Mindanao published in 2013 and republished in 2016. Before joining International Alert, she was an editor and a research head at BusinessWorld, the leading business publication in the Philippines.
