Chiara is responsible for managing and expanding Alert's peacebuilding work on the links between instability and fragility and organised crime and illicit trade.
Her professional experience has focused on managing projects in the areas of governance, rule of law and human rights in Sudan, South Sudan and Pakistan, where she worked for the European Commission.
She holds an LLM from the University of Geneva and the Graduate Institute for International and Development Studies, and is a qualified criminal lawyer.
