Some very talented students (eight and nine-year-olds) at All Saints Primary School in North London were asked to draw images of what peace meant to them. Scroll through some of the examples they came up with above. As you can see their ideas varied from desert islands to rainbows. We would like to thank them for sharing their ideas of a peaceful world.
Thinking of doing a similar project in your classroom or have done so already? Send us your illustrations of what peace looks like and we’ll post them online! Or just join our Flickr Group - send us your Flickr username and we'll do the rest!
