Former Head of International Institutions
Monica is our former Head of International Institutions, leading on relations with international development banks. Her expertise lies in citizen–state relations, policy dialogue between multilateral organisations and the communities they impact, economic development, youth, gender and conflict-sensitive development. Monica previously worked for Oxfam GB on violence against women in Pakistan and the Make Trade Fair campaign; she also worked for the International Organization for Migration (IOM) on counter-human trafficking programmes and the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association UK at the Houses of Parliament in London. She holds a BA (Hons) in Politics and French from the University of Leeds, and an MSc in Gender and Social Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
