Conflict-affected countries often have the most urgent need for infrastructure development. The business opportunities for engineers and infrastructure companies in these contexts are significant. However, operating in fragile environments is not without its challenges.
We spoke to Robert Hodgson, a civil and geotechnical engineer and Chair of RedR International to hear his observations and experiences of working in conflict countries.
