Forum 3.0 - The role of the Gulf States in Arab Spring transitions

The third Conflict Ideas Forum will explore the changing nature of Gulf engagement in Middle East and North African states over the course of the Arab Spring. What has the impact been prior to, during and since the Arab Spring? What opportunities are there for strengthening the impact Gulf states have on peace and stability? How can the peacebuilding community better engage and collaborate with these increasingly important and influential actors?
