Forum 2.0 - 21st century violence

The second Conflict Ideas Forum looks at the issue of large scale, violent conflict that neither fits formal and familiar definitions of “armed conflict”, nor fits in the mandates of international institutions that have the task of managing and mitigating. The focus is in particular on criminal violence. The forum will discuss how peacebuilding can contribute to understanding the broader, interconnected nature of violence.
