Salary: 87,776 NRs per month + benefits (negotiable for an exceptional candidate)
Based: Nepal
The successful candidate will play a central role in leading and delivering Alert’s work in the area of security and justice, as well as supporting the strategic development of Alert’s broader Nepal Programme. This will involve building an understanding of the security and justice needs of diverse communities and people, and communicating this understanding to policy-makers at national and international levels. With experience of undertaking evidence-based advocacy, you will design and implement advocacy strategies aimed at bringing about real improvements in the provision of security and justice in Nepal. Project management, including undertaking effective monitoring and evaluation is also key to this role and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong skills and experience in this area.
